Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), the last hair transplantation technique commonly used in the world, is a pain-free and scarless technique with natural results both when taking the grafts and transplanting the hair tissue.,
Fue is the process of transplanting live hair tissues extracted one by one from the donor nape area to the bald area.
Unlike the FuT technique, the FUE technique does not require surgical intervention. The FUE technique is the process of harvesting the follicles one by one by getting to the follicle level using a micromotor and special punches suitable for the thickness of the hair of the person.
There is no surgical intervention in the donor area in the FUE technique. After the tissues are taken with a micro motor, there will be no obvious scars. The recovery of the donor area, that is, the nape area, takes 7 to 10 days visually and up to 6 months physically.
We, the ESPLASHAIR, can transplant at least 4000 grafts (an average of 8000 hairs) in a single FUE session.
WHY SHOULD YOU PREFER FUE?
FUE technique is a technique that provides a hundred percent naturalness if performed by the right people. The FUE technique is the healthiest technique due to the permanent scars in the FUT technique, the unnaturalness of the 90-degree hair in the DHI technique, and the fragility of the follicles in pen shots.
In the FUE technique, a 30 -40 degree angle, which is the original angle of the hair, is provided via specially imported channel opening devices, and it is naturalness itself. This angle cannot be provided due to the thickness of the pen tips in the DHI technique.
As much tissue as desired can be taken in the FUE technique. The benefit of this situation is to provide the advantage of taking as much tissue as necessary in small openings and closing the small scars formed before.
HOW IS THE FUE TECHNIQUE PERFORMED? AND ITS STEPS
STEP 1
After the necessary planning with the person to be transplanted, we get to the phase of shaving the hair. The hair is shaved with a shaver (0.2-03mm), and then the head of the person is cleaned by washing.
STEP 2
The donor area where the hair follicles will be extracted is determined by the experts and the necessary lines are drawn. Then the local anesthesia process begins. Local anesthesia is just a procedure to numb the scalp. It uses the same drugs that dentists use and is not dangerous.
The grafts we have mentioned above, classified among themselves, are as follows; provided that a single is used on the front line, double and triple grafts are placedfront-to-back in the channels at a certain depth by our professional team. This process takes about 2 hours.
All steps should be done carefully. Sterilization is very important. All these steps are performed in the best manner by us and high-quality materials are used in all these steps.
STEP 3
First of all, the hair thickness of the client is determined and the appropriate micromotor punch is selected (07mm-08mm). Punches are selected according to the hair thickness of the client for a healthy FUE to get to the maximum number of grafts.
In this step, the grafting with the micromotor continues for about 2 hours. A maximum of 4500 grafts can be taken from a healthy nape.
There is also the step of counting and separating the grafts extracted in parallel with this part. Our nurses, who are experts in their fields, separate the follicles taken as single, double, and triple. The single ones of these separated tissues are used on the front line. This process is essential for naturalness.
STEP 4
It is the hairline determination phase.
Firstly, when setting the hairline, it is required to determine the person's hairline at a young age. After the determination of the hairline, by measuring the person's nose length, the distance between the eyebrows, and the eyebrow-forehead height, it will be up to 3 mm to 10 mm above the juvenile hairline, and the same creases of the juvenile hairline are formed. This process is performed through professional measuring instruments
STEP 5
Channel opening phase.
It is the most important phase of hair transplantation. Due to human nature, hair directions have angles of 35-40 degrees forward. It is very important to provide this angle in hair transplantation. For this process, we use special cutters (punches) imported from Germany. These cutters give the hair its own angle and open channels at the required depth. This process is opened by our expert who has been doing this process for 13 years. The process takes a maximum of one hour.
STEP 6
Rest and lunch break Phase
After the completion of channel opening, the donor area where the follicles are extracted, and the area where the channels are opened are closed in a way that will not be influenced by external factors, and the clients may have their lunch and rest. It takes approximately 30 minutes.
STEP 7
It is the process of placing the grafts extracted on the opened areas
